Dare Valley Park

Today we teamed up with Year 3/4 for a day of team building and outdoor adventurous activities at Dare Valley Park in Aberdare. The rain...and the almost non stop rain we have experienced for quite some time meant that there was quite a lot of mud to battle with.

We started off with a range of team building activities that required communication, cooperation and problem solving skills. There were activities such as gutter ball, bomb drop, rope tangle and more.

The afternoon consisted of rock climbing for Year 5/6 and orienteering and bivouac building for Year 3/4. Everyone had a great time and loved experiencing working together as a team to achieve goals.
